Can the attenuator knob, the balance and source selector be separated from each other a little bit more? Big fat middle-aged fingers find that in turning one knob they are brushing against the next. Separate the knobs by a further 1/4 of a inch. That's all it would take.

I don't know if separation would help, or a knob that has a flat surface to grab. I don't care for the supplied knobs. Sorry Ed.

Hey guys, spacing can be anything. I will be happy to waste as much of your money that you desire on any type knob Smiley . Or you can just get what you want...... 1/4" shaft size with set screw. It is easy to spend 1/8 the cost of The Truth on a knob. I save you guys as much as I can on shit that does not matter Smiley

I don't sell "bling"......just the best line stage available.....bling is easy Smiley

I like it.  Sometimes less is more.  It's clean and uncluttered.

I like the box too!

I don't mind too much about the knobs, it's the actual input selector and balance/volume pots that feel a little fragile in my opinion. But Ed wants to save us money... and he already did by making the "naked" truth avaiable. I can't thank him enough for that!

I just think with cool, easy to finger knobs, Ed could have the AR-15 of preamps. Form follows function. Or is that politically incorrect?

Just looking at that photo again. The Source selector knobs and the balance knobs look to be further apart than they are on my The Truth. That is a positive move Ed.

Hi Ed, what's the cost of the truth preamp? I am thinking of changing my TVC.

Regards

Derockster, it's 975 for 1 input, 1020 for 3....add 4% for Pay Pal fees. Shipping out the country adds a little more, call it 30 bucks.

It'll make your TVC sound broken Smiley
