The marriage was a total success! It has 3 inputs and a pre amp out switch. I did the modification to the amps and they do run hotter but not blazing. I'll shoot some pics later today....it's all covered in painters tape to protect it from me and I've got to run out for a few errands.

Eliminating a pair of ICs and two pairs of connectors can't be a bad thing.  Smiley

How did you configure the power supply connectors?  One 120v and two dc jacks?

Here are some crappy images.....the case is larger than it needs to be but it was purchased for an F5 and needed to be "robust". It gets warm.

Yea Henry, you got it. There is plenty of room inside but I chose not to put the switching p/s inside.

It turned out well but took me forever........

Toopy, sure I'll build you one Smiley Shoot me e-mail.

Hey Ed, what's up?
So where does this stand as a product offering/upgrade? Do you have a case identified?

Hey guy, I should have known you'd be the trouble maker Smiley  I was going to build Ben an F5 clone and he'd ordered all the parts and the case (DIY audio). Before I got started I realized the ACA was "better" or as good. We decided to put his Truth inside the case and build it as an integrated. It has pre amp out for use with other amps but I don't know why anyone would use them if they have the Horns.

Yes, I can duplicate it. The case can be smaller but I do not have a source. Ben's was over 300 bucks.

Hope this helps!

LOL, yeah. Guilty.

Then, did you settle on an Amp Camp Amp case? Last I knew you were coming up with something. Perhaps I missed the update.
